  "I made the decision to use Mortimers Accrington based on them being a local company with many years experience. From the first call they were extremely professional and efficient. The selling process was fully explained. I was asked what I hoped to get for the property and this was in-line with the valuation given. After photographs were taken the draft advert was sent to me, I suggested alterations and asked for new photographs. This was done without question. The house was put on the market and was dealt with by Leanne Taylor. I cannot fault the service given by Leanne who kept me fully informed. It was obvious that she had my interests at heart and didn't just want to get a quick sale. Leanne's experience within the estate agent environment was obvious and this resulted in me obtaining the best price for the property. Emails and phone calls were answered quickly and efficiently. Delays of 3 months were down to the other parties solicitors and this was rectified by Leanne resulting in completion within a further 5 weeks. She is fully of enthusiasm and energy which puts a customer at ease that they are dealings with professionals. I must add that all the staff that I have spoken to at Mortimers Accrington branch have been faultless and I would highly recommend them if you want to sell your house."

  "I decided to use Mortimers for the sale of my property because right from the start they were professional and gave me a true valuation that they were determined to achieve. The sale was dealt with by Leanne Taylor and within less than a week she had obtained a sale for me at more than the asking price. It was obvious that Leanne has tremendous expertise in the estate agency business and throughout the whole process she kept me informed of what was happening and also kept on top of both parties solicitors if progress was being delayed. Her enthusiasm and keenness was evident throughout the whole sale process which gave you confidence as a customer that you were being looked after. In addition all the other Mortimer staff that I had to deal with were exceptional in their customer service. I would highly recommend Mortimers if you had a property to sell in the area."
